Who we are
Bakhter Trading LLC is a Dubai-based trading company. Its public site is bakhter.net. In 2014 the company says it contracted with Sabnaz International to buy alfalfa hay and related animal feed.
Why we developed this website
This site exists to put the dispute on a stable public URL, with the parties named, the amount stated, and a scan of the agreement available for review. Bakhter Trading LLC says the contract was not fulfilled and that $148,000 USD has not been returned despite attempts to settle the matter privately.
How to use this record
